For your safety and convenience, it is not necessary for you to be home as long as the arrangements have been made for our cleaning team to enter your home.

+ WHAT ARE SAFE WAYS TO LET YOUR CLEANING CREW IN IF I’M NOT HOME?

We can collect the key from your Estate Agent or your Landlord if they are around the area of the property. You may also leave it in a safe area located outside around the house considering that you inform us ahead of time- at least 1 day before the job latest. We will lock up the property safely after we are done.

+ WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU MISS A SPOT?

We offer a 72hr re-clean guarantee free of cost. We will schedule a re-visit and rectify the areas your Estate Agent or Landlord thinks we might have missed.

+ HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?

You can either pay via cash on the day or bank transfer/bacs one day before the job.
